Registration Desk
Registration and information desks will be located at the Palacio de Congresos and will be open during the congress.
Climate and Clothing
During September the temperature is mostly warm. The average temperature in the daytime is 13-20°C. At night it may be cooler, so it is necessary to bring some warmer clothes. Rain showers may occur.

Smoking Policy
For the general comfort and health of all participants, smoking is not permitted at any of the official functions during the Congress. This includes all scientific sessions, business and other meetings, evening functions and registration area & foyers.
Programme changes
The organisers do not assume liability for any changes in the programme due to external or unforeseen circumstances.
Visa Requirements
Citizens of countries in the European Union and the European Economic Area do not need a visa for Spain.
